The Bible : The followers of Jesus Christ and his Father
This week I began reading the Bible. Its a great book, with tons of plot twists and many characters to follow. In the book I am currently in, Genesis, its speaks of many things. From the creation of the world to the death of Cain, the book Genesis teaches many important lessons about life. For example, the deaths of Sodom and Gomorrah. In this story, Lot and his wife are running away from a the city Sodom. God commands them not to look back, and to run away from their torturers. Lots wife, while running, looks back, and is turned into a pillar of salt for her misdeeds. Lot, knowing to obey the Lord Gods rules, keeps running. I think this is a very important part of the Bible. It teaches us that consequences happen, but there will be a warning. If Lots wife had obeyed, she would not have become a pillar of salt. But, due to disobedience of the Lord our Gods will, she passed away. I also think that Lots perspective is very important as well. Lot followed Gods rules, and was not punished. I think this should be implied to modern life. If teachers today simply punished who truly deserved it, then the more accomplished person will get rewarded. I think this is an important concept, and should be reviewed by many people, young and old alike.

The Casual Vacancy by J.K Rowling is the story of Barry Fairbrother, the founder of the girls rowing team. In the story, Krystal Weedon, Barrys student in the rowing team, has a younger sibling and a drug abusive parent. Terri Weedon, Krystal's mother is a drug abuser , who goes to Belleview addiction clinic for help with her problem. When Barry Fairbrother dies, there reality is shattered. Stuart Wall (Nicknamed Fats) is dating Krystal. Robbie, the youngest Weedon, has not been to Daycare in weeks, and Kay, their social worker, is scared of him taking after Terris habits. With a new person replacing Barry, they might have to shut the addiction clinic. Later in the story, Krystal goes to visit fats with Robbie. Krystal, being the naughty girl she is, wants to have sex in a nearby bush. Fats and her leave Robbie to himself while they climb into the bushes. While they leave him alone, Howard, Fat's employer, has a heart attack. Paraminder, his wife, calls a ambulence. With Robbie on his own, he decides to go into the ocean. A large wave comes near, and pulls Robbie into sea. Samantha, a Pagford resident, comes to rescue him. She calls an ambulance as well. The ambulance arrives, but they can't save Robbie. Krystal comes out to see her brother being proclaimed dead, and takes the first bus back home. She goes into her house, and runs up to her room. Terri had already received the news. As social workers and policemen fight to get into her room, Krystal lifts up a needle. She remembers social workers telling Terri that addicts could handle more than newbies. That was all she needed to know. She took the needle, injected it into a vein, and, right then and there, died.

A Casual Vacancy J.K Rowling
A Casual Vacancy tells the story of a man named Stuart, nicknamed Fats, and his friend Andrew. together they use incredible hacking skills to hack into the Pagford Parish website, and manipulate the posts. They take Barry Fairbrothers account, and rename it "The_Ghost_Of_Barry_Fairbrother". They use this account to eliminate applicants that they do not like. I think that this is important for the storyline, because, if other hackers like Suvinder go on the account, than they can eliminate people, so there is no chance to find the person who made the first injection on the site.
